This might be the best thing I've ever eaten, or made. Blackberry
Cobbler, drop crust... Sound a little boring? How about cardamom sugar
and vanilla, steeped in the blackberries as they simmer? It's awesome,
if I do say so myself. (Last week I had the pleasure of ruining not
one but two batches of Madeleines, so I was ready for something to go
well.)
