Tiny chicken molds
waiting for hot chocolate,
while I wait for joe.

She is cake batter
sticky in bowl. And I am
pepper in chai tea.

...and the cake.

Icing the cake is meditative. Yellow cake with chocolate buttercream
frosting. Not for Father's Day, but for a friend who just lost his
Father.
