Your taco trucks actually drive around? Ours stay parked. Taco trucks are one of Houston's greatest assets. I have several that I go to regularly. It grosses Janet out.

It's a Korean Taco Truck and the lines are SOOOO long. I'm dying to try it.
Stuff eaten off a truck is even better than stuff on a stick. There are a couple of trucks near here that serve tripe tacos. I'm such a wuss about most stuff, but I'll eat anything off a taco truck.
